• We welcome participants who wish to submit ophthalmology abstracts and its subspecialty.
• All abstracts must be submitted in English exclusively via the online abstract submission system provided in https://ngm10solo.com/participant-abstract. All other means of submission will be automatically rejected.
• We accept abstracts from all types of articles, including original research, systematic reviews (with or without meta-analyses), case reports, and case series.
• AUTHORS – FIRST (PRESENTING) AUTHOR– The first author will be the presenting author. The first (presenting) author is expected to register and pay the full registration fee, attend the meeting, and present their submitted work.
• Please provide an accurate email address for the first (presenting) author. Abstract submission results and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to the first author.
• Authors can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
• CO-AUTHOR(S)– A maximum of five co-authors are allowed for each abstract. Type in the names and affiliations as you would like them to appear in any publications. Please give the names in full for each of the co-authors. Initials are only accepted for middle names if any.
• The ABSTRACT TITLE must be concise. Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
• Abstract content (excluding title, authors, highest degrees and institutions) should include the following headings: PURPOSE, METHODS, RESULTS, and CONCLUSIONS. The abstract must not exceed 250 words. Do not include graphs, tables, images or references in the abstract. Do not mention in the abstract the names of any affiliated institutes, academic institutions, hospitals, eye centres, et cetera, or names of any individuals involved in the study. Otherwise, the abstract will be rejected outright.
• For case report and case series abstracts, the format is as follows: purpose, case presentation, and conclusion. Do not mention in the abstract the names of any affiliated institutes, academic institutions, hospitals, eye centres, et cetera, or names of any individuals involved in the study. • Please define each abbreviation the first time it is used in the abstract by placing what it stands for in parentheses.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The Selection Committee, however, reserves the right to edit the abstract if it has significant spelling and grammatical mistakes.
• All successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt with an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all future correspondence. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours after submission, please contact the Congress Secretariat at ngm10solo.com.
• The Selection Committee strongly recommends that authors submit their abstracts as early as possible to avoid a last-minute rush and system congestion. When the abstract is submitted, it can still be revised until April 14 2025, 23.59 (GMT+7). Kindly note that only the latest version will be reviewed.
• Late submissions will NOT be considered.
• Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Selection Committee. The review process is confidential and the decision is final.
• Authors will be notified of the abstract selection results no later than May 2025.
• Authors may be given the option to change the format of their presentation as a condition for acceptance.
• During peer review, should plagiarism be indicated, NGM Committee has the rights to disqualify the abstract.
• The NGM 10 Solo 2025 Committee holds the copyright to all the materials presented at the Meeting and may reproduce the materials in any form for distribution.

Free Paper Guideline

• Free paper article should include Title, Authors, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
• References citation should follow the Vancouver style.
• Font size is 11-point Arial.
• All paragraph and body text justified, single space, and divided into two columns, except the Title, Abstract, and Keywords.
• Page size is A4, with margin 2.3 cm.
• Maximum length of article is 7 pages.
• Please upload your full paper article no later than April 14 2025, 23.59 (GMT+7) at NGM website.
• During peer review, should plagiarism be indicated, NGM Committee has the rights to disqualify the free paper article.
